PROGRAM REVIEW
"Helping Organizations INNOVATE, TRANSFORM, and LEAD!"
MEI conducts Process Based Evaluations to examine and determine how programs operate and produce results. Critical program components are reviewed and assessed to identify necessary modifications to improve overall performance.
MEI performs program evaluations that:
-
Determine how external objectives and internal goals are met.
-
Identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each program component.
-
Develop an internal goals-based evaluation plan for subsequent years.
-
Implement appropriate measures to improve project performance.
MEI will produce a written report detailing all program evaluation findings, ratings, and recommendations. Additionally, MEI will assist with the implementation of any applicable and/or corrective procedures to ensure the success of the program.
